The English School in Sliema
Our school aims to offer a truly international environment as it welcomes students from all over the glove. The school is easily accessible and is few minutes away from the sea, and student can learn English out of personal interest, for a career or for academic purpose.
We have been operating in Malta since 1980 and our staff is proud to belong to one of Malta’s first ever school for English as a Foreign Language. Our staff and teachers aim to provide a supportive and helpful environment to make it possible for you to benefit academically and socially during your stay.
Our students in the first day will sit for settling a multiple choice placement test to show the level of the English, according to the result they will go into the right class, and also your teacher decide if you are in the right. The students are grouped in separate classes according to age and ability.

Our teachers
All teachers are trained and qualified to teach English as a Foreign Language using theories and teaching methodologies developed by our school which emphasizes the importance of learning English through English, encouraging students to communicate in English from Day One of their course. The school maintains a balance of native and non-native teachers on its staff.
