Accommodation in Beijing
We understand that people have different needs and interests so the quality of your accommodation will play an integral part in your experience in China. We accordingly take special care to make sure that your accommodation will make you feel comfortable, cozy and safe.
Shared apartment
Located in residential buildings, you will have your own bedroom and this option allows you to live with other international students in a pleasant atmosphere. The apartments are simple, but are furnished and equipped. No meals are offered but each apartment has a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, pans and cutlery, you can cook your own meal. There are apartments and rooms of different sizes and characteristics. Most of them are located within 20 minutes walking distance from the school or are accessible by a short ride on public transportation.
Private studio apartment
This option gives you a clean, private and comfortable living experience. These apartments are mostly newly renovated in residential buildings. Most of them are located within 20 minutes walking distance from the school or are accessible by a short ride on public transportation.

- TV, air-condition with heating in each room

- Cleaning service not included
Terms & Conditions:
- Requests for accommodation must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the start date.
- The price per week includes accommodation from Sunday 12PM to Saturday 12PM.
- Accommodations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for students beyond the dates of their course.
- Prices are subject to change, though this rarely happens during the year.
- Students must respect all rules and regulations set by residences and shared flat administrations. If there is damage to the premises the student must pay for the corresponding amount
- It is necessary to leave a deposit upon arrival. (500 Yuan or equal foreign currency in cash). The deposit shall be returned to the student at the end of stay provided that there are no damages in the apartment.
